Terms of Service

ModelSynth provides professional likeness capture, Digital Twin training, image generation and a booking marketplace connecting models with clients.

You must be 18 or older. Models complete identity and liveness verification before a twin is created. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and your details accurate.

You own your Digital Twin. How it is used, shared and revoked is governed by the Likeness License. You set your earning mode and approve bookings.

Bookings are licenses to use a model's twin for the specific use, media, territory and term you request and the model approves. You may not use generated images outside that license, misrepresent them, or use them to defame or harass.

No impersonation, no twins of anyone other than the verified account holder, no unlawful, hateful or non-consensual content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Capture sessions and image credits are paid per service; there are no subscriptions. Booking fees are routed to the model less the platform fee disclosed at signup. Payment processing goes live at launch.

The service is provided as-is during the founding phase. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders. Questions: hello@modelsynth.ai.
